The Lakeland, Florida Ledger reports that retirees Charles and Janice Schrey face a potentially litigious situation with their condo homeowners association over their border collie Buddy. Apparently the pooch´s weight runneth over the condo´s 25-pound weight limit restriction on owners´ dogs: Buddy tops out at about 45-pounds
